(30) Further create a social atmosphere of caring for migrant workers. Adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion and vigorously publicize the principles and policies of migrant workers’ work and advanced models of migrant workers. Organize and guide the news media to use various methods, strengthen the interpretation of policies, actively publicize the good experiences and practices of migrant workers, and carry out timely and effective public opinion guidance on relevant hot issues. Outstanding migrant workers and advanced collectives and individuals working for migrant workers shall be commended and rewarded in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province, and efforts shall be made to make respecting migrant workers, treating migrant workers fairly and letting migrant workers share the fruits of economic and social development become the conscious action of the whole society.(Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, led by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security; The relevant member units of the provincial leading group for migrant workers are responsible for the division of responsibilities)

All localities and relevant departments should, in accordance with the requirements of this opinion, pay close attention to formulating and improving supporting policies and measures, actively study and solve new situations and new problems encountered in the work, and ensure that all policies and measures for further serving migrant workers are implemented. The provincial leading group for migrant workers’ work should supervise the key work and outstanding problems every year, and report the work of migrant workers to the the State Council Migrant Workers’ Office and the provincial people’s government in a timely manner.
