Anhui langxi informed junior high school girls that their dormitory building fell down: they fell back on their own.

Huiyuan School, Langxi County, Xuancheng, Anhui Province.

At 3 o’clock in the morning of April 26th, the Education and Sports Bureau of Langxi County, Anhui Province reported the death of the girl dormitory building of Huiyuan School in this county. According to the report, Liu Moumou, a girl who died, moved a bench to the parapet opposite the dormitory 406 next door, climbed up the parapet and sat on the parapet facing inward and back outward. Two roommates witnessed her falling backwards. The report also said that through in-depth investigation, it was found that Liu had expressed pessimism in conversations with his classmates, and felt depressed in his diary. On April 13, he made a "countdown" for his life according to the start date.

According to the report, the online rumor that the on-site surveillance video was "technically covered" was introduced by the technical staff of the school’s surveillance video installation company. When the video was retrieved, it was found that there was a fault in the video storage device, which led to the automatic coverage of the storage content every 20 minutes or so. Because the monitoring screen is normal at ordinary times, it is difficult to find the fault. Because the police came out in time, the video of Liu’s falling moment was extracted and saved, which can objectively reflect the situation at the time of the incident.

The following is the full text of the notification:

Recently, a seventh-grade girl fell from a building and died at Huiyuan School in Langxi County, which aroused great concern in society. After the incident, the county party committee and government of langxi attached great importance to it and immediately set up a joint investigation team composed of relevant departments to carry out the investigation. After investigation:

On April 23, 2020, the seventh grade of Huiyuan School in Langxi County started. At about 8: 23 am, Liu Moumou, a girl from this school, entered the school accompanied by her mother, and then went to the dormitory 404 on the fourth floor of the accommodation. During this period, she went in and out of the dormitory several times with her roommates to help carry luggage, and finally returned to the dormitory with her roommates. When the roommate was making the bed, Liu moved a bench to the parapet opposite to the dormitory 406 next door, climbed up the parapet and sat on the parapet with his back facing inward. The roommate found out that the roommate persuaded the danger twice to let him down, and Liu asked: Will you die if you jump from here? At about 9: 30, two roommates witnessed Liu’s falling from the building on his own, and immediately called for help. When the boarding teacher found the situation, he immediately called "120" and "110" and actively organized rescue. After Liu died after being rescued by the hospital.

Through in-depth investigation, it was found that Liu had expressed pessimism in conversation with his classmates, and felt depressed in his diary. He inquired about relevant information on the Internet many times, exposing his thoughts of suicide and world-weariness, and made a "countdown" for his life on April 13th according to the date of school.

On the Internet, it was rumored that the on-site surveillance video was "technically covered". According to the technical staff of the surveillance video installation company of the school, it was found that there was a fault in the video storage device when the video was retrieved, which led to the automatic coverage of the storage content every 20 minutes or so. Because the monitoring screen was normal at ordinary times, it was difficult to find the fault. Because the police came out in time, the video of Liu’s falling moment was extracted and saved, which can objectively reflect the situation at the time of the incident.

At present, Liu’s aftermath-related matters and psychological counseling for teachers and students in the school are being carried out in an orderly manner.

On June 26, the 35th "International Anti-Drug Day", the first public welfare activity of Sichuan Junior Police Academy launched by Chuanguan News in conjunction with the News Publicity Department of the Public Security Department and the Anti-Drug and Anti-Drug Corps: I am a Anti-Drug Guard – "6.26" Anti-drug Volunteer Publicity Activity kicked off at the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Museum. More than 50 children dressed in customized clothes of Sichuan Junior Police Academy learned drug prevention knowledge and enhanced drug awareness and anti-drug ability through education and entertainment.

At the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Museum, the children visited the "Thirty Years of Anti-Drug Control in Sichuan" provincial theme traveling exhibition. At the Chengdu Chenghua District Anti-Drug Prevention Education Center, the visiting children competed to experience the current popular AR and VR game equipment, learn anti-drug knowledge through interactive experience, enhance anti-drug awareness, and improve the ability to consciously resist drugs. "I am a small anti-drug guard, and the rejection and prevention of drugs start with me!" Finally, everyone jointly issued an initiative to resolutely "say no to drugs".

Reporters saw that during the event, the children listened attentively, discussed seriously, and took out notebooks from time to time to carefully record. "I wrote down a lot of knowledge points, and when I went back, I had to sort them out and send them to my family and classmates, so that everyone could understand the dangers of drugs." Feng He Yixuan, 11, said.

"We specially rushed from Nanchong to Chengdu yesterday. The doll will soon be promoted to junior high school, which is a critical stage of mental development. It is very important to establish a sense of drug awareness and anti-virus." "Thank you to the organizers of the event for helping the doll bid farewell to the’bow head clan ‘and let her participate in such a meaningful activity"… The unique activity has been praised by many parents.

The event also invited "police mothers and police fathers" to participate. "As a police officer, I am well aware of the dangers of drugs. This event is not only to publicize the anti-drug work, but also to let children know that the police job is not easy." Holding his son’s hand, Chen Lei, a police officer from the Wenjiang Branch of the Chengdu Public Security Bureau, said that such activities are very meaningful. "I hope the Junior Police Academy will continue to carry out more and better activities!"

This year is the 30th year that the provincial party committee and provincial government leaders have established the Sichuan anti-drug professional team, and June is also the "National Anti-drug Propaganda Month". In recent years, the province’s anti-drug struggle situation has continued to expand for the better. The comprehensive evaluation of anti-drug work has ranked among the top in the country year after year, and the people’s satisfaction with the anti-drug work has reached 98%. (Reporter, Wu Li)

Report: It is estimated that the growth rate of individual housing loans will not exceed 20% in 2019.

Economic Daily-China Economic Net Beijing August 30 th On August 29 th, the National Finance and Development Laboratory’s China Housing Finance Development Report (2019) (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") was released in Beijing. The report predicts that the growth rate of individual housing loans in 2019 will not exceed 20%.

Housing provident fund loan. (China Economic Net data map Shao Xiaoyun/photo)

According to the report, in the context of the central government’s policy of "staying and not speculating" and "resolutely curbing the rise in housing prices", the personal housing credit market maintained a steady and tight trend in 2018. In terms of the total amount, the balance of personal housing loans reached 25.75 trillion yuan at the end of 2018, which is still at a historical high; However, from the perspective of growth rate, the year-on-year growth rate of individual housing loan balance declined for eight consecutive quarters, and the year-on-year growth rate was 17.8% by the end of December 2018.

From the perspective of market structure, the five major state-owned commercial banks are the main providers of personal housing loans. As of June 2018, the balance of personal housing loans of the five major state-owned commercial banks totaled 16.41 trillion yuan, accounting for 68.97% of the total personal housing loans of commercial banks nationwide.

From the trend of interest rate, the interest rate of individual housing loan showed an upward trend in 2017, and its internal logic was consistent with the quantitative trend; Affected by global trade frictions, domestic economic downturn and other factors, the interest rate of personal housing loans ended its upward trend in December 2018.

In terms of risk, the NPL ratio of individual housing loans was 0.30% in 2017, which was lower than the overall level of NPL ratio of commercial banks; The value ratio of new loans is in a reasonable range, and the mortgage risk does not have a significant impact on banks in the short term. However, from the perspective of debt-to-income ratio and other indicators, there is limited room for expansion of individual housing loans.

Looking forward to 2019, the report believes that the probability of a fundamental change in real estate control policies is small, and the current leverage level does not support the further expansion of credit. It is estimated that the annual growth rate of personal housing loans will not exceed 20%. In terms of price, the interest rate of the first home loan will drop greatly, which is the result of highlighting the residential property of the house; The interest rate of the second home loan will remain stable, or decrease slightly, because the positioning of "housing without speculation" has not changed substantially.

Difference between Ferrari sf90spider and sf90

SF90 Spider is the latest model of Ferrari. It is a roadster. The SF90 is a plug-in hybrid sports car of Ferrari, which is Ferrari’s first mass-produced V8 hybrid supercar.

The main difference between the two is that:

1. The power system is different: SF90 adopts plug-in hybrid power system, which consists of a 4.0-liter V8 engine and three motors; The SF90 Spider uses the traditional naturally aspirated V8 engine, and has no motor configuration.

2. Different appearance: SF90 Spider is a convertible design, and the roof can be folded up at high speed; The SF90 is a hard top design.

3. The performance parameters are slightly different: due to the different power systems, their performances in acceleration and extreme speed are also different. But overall, the performance of both models is excellent.

Meet the demand of over 20 million electric vehicles by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan —— Build charging infrastructure moderately ahead of schedule.

A few days ago, the National Development and Reform Commission and other 10 departments jointly issued opinions to further enhance the service support capability of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and made it clear that by the end of the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", China will form a moderately advanced, balanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system, which can meet the charging needs of more than 20 million electric vehicles.

According to the data of China Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Promotion Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance), by the end of 2021, the number of public and private charging piles in China totaled 2.617 million, up 70.1% year-on-year. Tong Zongqi, director of the Alliance Information Department, said that the popularization of China’s charging infrastructure is very fast, and there will be a major breakthrough in 2022, and the service capability will be the core of the future competition in the charging infrastructure industry.

Private charging piles should be the main force

The data shows that in 2021, the number of charging piles installed on the vehicle in China reached 597,000, up 323.9% year-on-year, more than three times. Private charging piles are convenient to use, and the charging price is charged according to the civil electricity price standard of "combined users", which is relatively more favorable. Cui Dongshu, secretary-general of the National Passenger Car Market Information Association, believes that home charging is the development trend, and the overall structure of the future charging infrastructure should be mainly private charging piles, supplemented by public charging piles.

However, according to statistics and surveys, about 50% of car owners in China are unable to install charging piles in their communities at present, mainly because of "selfless home parking spaces" and "community properties are not allowed".

Tong Zongqi said that there are four main ways to solve the problem of residents charging in the community at this stage. First, unified construction and management, developers should do a good job in planning and unified construction management when building new communities; The second is the sharing of private piles; The third is to build public charging facilities in the community; The fourth is to build a storage and filling integrated station or a storage and filling integrated pile.

At present, special supporting policies have been issued in many places in terms of unified construction and management and private pile sharing. The Beijing Urban Management Committee recently drafted the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities in Residential Areas, and solicited opinions from the society. The exposure draft proposes to strictly implement the proportion of charging facilities in new residential areas. The newly-built residential area project should strictly follow the planning and design standards to implement the requirements for the proportion of charging facilities or the expected installation conditions, and include the construction of charging facilities in the scope of project acceptance. The exposure draft also proposes that Beijing will provide power supporting services while accelerating the construction of charging facilities in residential areas, and encourage the sharing and utilization of self-use charging piles.

Many enterprises have made substantial progress in the construction of public charging facilities in residential areas. Kang Yong, chairman of Dupu (Suzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. told the reporter that since the establishment of the first Dupu E station in November 2020, the company’s related business has developed very fast. Up to now, it has covered more than 400 middle and high-end communities in China, and it is expected to cover more than 2,000 communities in 2022. In this regard, Tong Zongqi said that the unified construction of community public piles by operation service providers can not only effectively make up for the gap of private piles, but also facilitate the car owners to charge nearby, which is worth promoting.

Public charging piles are relatively concentrated.

There is a public charging station near the South Fourth Ring Road in Beijing, which mainly provides energy replenishment services for new energy vehicles in the surrounding Xinfadi market and several residential areas. Even in the early hours, the utilization rate here is basically maintained at 100%.

Li Cheng, who lives nearby, often comes here to charge his car. He told reporters that the overall feeling is that the distribution of charging piles in Beijing is relatively concentrated, with more urban areas and fewer suburbs, more charging piles in new facilities and fewer charging piles in old communities.

Centralized layout is not only the reality of Beijing, but also the current distribution of public charging piles in China. Judging from the alliance data, it is mainly reflected in two aspects. One is the relative concentration of regions. From a national perspective, the number of public charging piles in the top ten regions accounts for over 70%. The other is that operators are relatively concentrated.

By the end of 2021, the number of public charging piles operated by national charging operation enterprises exceeded 100,000, including Star Charging, Special Call, State Grid and Yunkuai Charging. The total number of public charging piles in these four head enterprises reached 850,000, accounting for 74% of the total.

According to the relevant person in charge of TELD New Energy Co., Ltd., up to now, the accumulated charging capacity of the company has exceeded 11 billion kWh. At the same time, the country’s largest Internet cloud platform for charging industry has been built, with 350,000 charging piles connected to the platform, with an average daily charging capacity of 12 million kWh and 15,000 service enterprises.

Tong Zongqi said that the public charging field is divided into two types: B-end operating vehicles and C-end private cars, and B-end vehicles generally have their own charging stations or fixed charging stations. The charging problem of this part of the car has been basically solved. At present, the problem mainly focuses on the difficulty of charging people’s own cars. This requires car owners to plan in advance, and also requires relevant operating companies to gradually improve their services.

Double the number of power stations

The main way to replenish energy for new energy vehicles is to change electricity. In the past two years, the power exchange mode has been heating up, and even Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, a battery head enterprise, has recently announced that it will cut into the power exchange track.

By the end of 2021, there were 1,298 power stations in the top ten areas of China, which doubled compared with 2020. The top three operators are Weilai, Aodong and Hangzhou Botan. In the past year, Weilai has obviously accelerated the construction of power stations, with an increase of 614 power stations in 2021.

At the policy level, power exchange has also ushered in new benefits. On February 10th, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the Opinions on Improving the System, Mechanism and Policy Measures of Green and Low-carbon Energy Transformation, demanding to improve the clean alternative policy of energy in the transportation field. We will promote large-capacity electrified public transport and clean energy vehicles such as electricity, hydrogen energy, advanced bio-liquid fuel and natural gas, improve the layout and service facilities of charging and replacing electricity, hydrogenation and gas filling (LNG) stations, and reduce the energy cost of clean energy in the transportation field.

Tongzongqi analyzed that for enterprises, changing power stations requires high construction costs and maintenance costs. Generally speaking, power exchange may be more suitable for the commercial field, and it plays a more auxiliary role in the C-end market.

Cui Dongshu also said that the power exchange mode can bring good experience to high-end users and users in special scenes such as mines. However, the disadvantages are also obvious. Because there is almost no room for expansion of the structural freedom of the battery in vehicle design, it is very difficult to adapt all models.

Tong Zongqi believes that the travel scenarios and charging requirements of different models are different, and the charging infrastructure is also different. More attention should be paid to how the charging scenarios can serve more car owners.

"Overall, with the rapid development of new energy vehicles, there are many new opportunities in the field of charging and replacing electricity." Cui Dongshu said that the competition of charging and replacing systems in some places is fierce, which will also promote the development of new energy automobile industry in China to some extent. It occupies a lot of land and is unsanitary … We searched all over the Beijing breakfast car and found that there are problems to be solved.

The Beijing News (Reporter Chen Lin, Wu Tingting, Zhang Lu, Huang Zhecheng) There are many delicious foods in Beijing, but it is not easy to have a delicious breakfast anytime and anywhere. Recently, a "mobile dining car" appeared on the street of Beijing Financial Street, which attracted many people’s attention. From 7: 00 to 9: 30 in the morning, the "mobile dining car" sold traditional breakfasts and packages such as steamed stuffed buns, soybean milk and pancakes to solve the breakfast problems of surrounding white-collar workers and residents. The Beijing News reporter learned that this is the "mobile dining car" pilot of commercial convenience service facilities in Beijing after the "breakfast car" was clearly listed as "not encouraged".

The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce said that it is currently working with relevant departments to formulate the "rules of the game" for breakfast car 2.0. According to reports, in addition to the specific requirements for the hardware facilities of the "mobile dining car", the "exit mechanism" was put forward for the first time.

What is the operating status of the existing breakfast car? What do enterprises think of the new "mobile dining car"? The Beijing News reporter conducted a survey on this.

Visit 1

The subway station breakfast car does not "move" and covers an area all day.

According to a third-party survey, only about 20% of about 70,000 restaurants with complete licenses in Beijing operate breakfast. The "breakfast problem" has a long history, especially for office workers. After all, everyone needs to eat breakfast, but not everyone has the conditions and time to sit in a restaurant, so the mobile breakfast car is "just needed" for some citizens.

However, the reporter recently visited some crowded people in Beijing and found that many breakfast trucks currently in operation have lost the advantage of "mobility" and become occupied operations.

Recently, the reporter saw seven or eight customers waiting in line to buy breakfast next to the subway convenience car next to the E exit of Chongwenmen subway station in Dongcheng District. In the car, an egg-beaten hand-held cake was bubbling with oil on the iron plate. After a minute or two, the clerk added a sausage to the hand-held cake and handed it to a customer in a paper bag. Such a hand-grabbed cake with sausage and eggs costs 10 yuan. The convenience car also sells corn and sausage, which are sold in 5 yuan and 4 yuan respectively.

In Ciqikou Station, where Metro Line 5 and Line 7 transfer, and dongdan station, where Metro Line 1 and Line 5 transfer, the reporter found similar subway convenience cars. These convenience cars operate from about 6 am to evening, and the food sold in the morning generally includes porridge, soybean milk, eggs, hand-grabbed cakes, pancakes, steamed stuffed buns, corn and so on. A clerk told the reporter that these subway convenience cars are contracted by several companies, and special personnel are regularly sent to distribute ingredients.

At the Lishuiqiao Station of Metro Line 5, the reporter saw that there is a subway convenience car at the exit A and exit B of the station. The breakfast varieties sold include pancakes, hand-grabbed cakes, soy milk, sausages, etc., which are also operated all day. Ms. Zhang, who is buying breakfast, told reporters that she works near Ciqikou, and her daily commute time is about 1 hour, so she always solves breakfast before getting on the subway. "It’s quite convenient, but I’m a little tired of eating pancakes and hand-grabbed cakes. I hope I can add more varieties, such as porridge and steamed buns."

In the northwest, northeast and southeast corner of Guomao subway station, there is a subway convenience car, which operates from morning till night. Besides selling pancakes, steamed buns and porridge, there are also chewing gum and cigarettes.

Individual mobile breakfast trucks are worried about health. Merchants "sell one day is one day"

At 8 o’clock in the morning of April 28th, the reporter found a merchant who operated the "Golden Sanyuan" breakfast car in front of Wangjing Building. This breakfast truck mainly sells egg cakes and pancakes, as well as porridge, soybean milk, chicken chops, mineral water and drinks. The breakfast car is not big, and there are many packing boxes in it. The narrow space only allows one person to set up business in it. A piece of cake-filling code that has been branded is put aside, and the citizens who come to buy cakes are in an endless stream.

This breakfast car is located next to the bus stop in Huajiadi Beili, which is at the peak of work. Many passengers who get on and off the bus come here to buy breakfast. Ms. Guo, a citizen, told the reporter: "I usually don’t have time to make my own breakfast when I go to work. After getting off the bus, I buy a pancake or fill a cake in the breakfast car and make do with it."

However, the reporter noticed that the health of this breakfast car is worrying, its appearance has long been mottled, and the window that is tilted up looks dirty and greasy. There are also two foam boxes piled up behind the breakfast car, and the yellow tape wrapped outside is also stained with many stains.

"We started selling at 6 o’clock in the morning and closed at 9 o’clock." The merchant told the reporter that this breakfast car belongs to her aunt. "You ask me who will supervise it. I don’t know. I only know that I can’t sell it at 9 o’clock." For the future business, merchants seem to have no confidence. "Selling one day is one day, and it is estimated that they will have to withdraw soon. I think the city has been evacuated a lot, and there seems to be few Wangjing. "

There is a "Golden Sanyuan" convenience store at the entrance of Huajiadi Xili Community. Compared with the breakfast truck in front of Wangjing Building, this convenience store has a much larger area, and the food it sells is also egg-filled cakes, pancakes, drinks and porridge. Ms. Wu, a resident, told the reporter that in fact, in the early years, this convenience store did not sell ready-made food such as filling cakes. "Since my family moved to Wangjing in 2006, there has been this convenience store for at least 13 years this year. In the past, only packaged bread and biscuits were sold, but in summer, drinks and popsicles were sold more. It seems that it was only one or two years before I started selling cakes. "

Regarding the rent of the breakfast car and who will manage the operation, the young man who is planning a business in the store said: "Our boss is in Hebei, and I don’t know who will manage and how much the rent is. I also want to know where to rent this convenience store. I want to rent one myself."

Visit 3

Office workers who can’t afford to eat in the store prefer breakfast carts.

During the visit, many citizens told reporters that it was unrealistic to go to the store for breakfast because of the tight time in the morning, and they usually went to the subway station to buy it. Mr. Shao, a resident of Tiantongyuan, said that due to the tight time in the morning, breakfast can only be "eaten when eating" and occasionally go to the convenience car in front of the subway station.

The reporter saw at the junction of Xihuashi Street and Guorui North Road in Dongcheng District and at the junction of Xihuashi Street and Beiyangshikou Street that there were at least five breakfast shops on both sides of the street about 200 meters long. However, some citizens said that the subway convenience car is more convenient than the breakfast shop. Mr. Li, a citizen, took his girlfriend to the hospital near Chongwenmen subway station. Their breakfast was two hand-picked cakes bought from a convenience car. Mr. Li said that the breakfast shop is a little far from the subway station. When he is in a hurry to go to work, he usually buys breakfast at the convenience car. "I can buy breakfast on the way to the subway, so why bother to go to the breakfast shop?"

According to the investigation of the community business team in Beijing City Quadrant, it is the habit of many office workers to solve the breakfast problem in chain stores or convenience stores such as McDonald’s near the subway station. In the "Back to Heaven" area, a large number of office workers choose to buy breakfast at nearby traffic stations. Relying on traffic stations, it is the demand of many residents to lay out breakfast outlets on a large scale and form a certain aggregation effect.

The problem is that breakfast shops in Beijing are not evenly distributed. Zhang Xiyu, the person in charge of community business in Beijing City Quadrant, introduced that in July 2018, the city quadrant found that the breakfast outlets in Beijing were not only less than those in Shanghai, but also distributed in the east and west. Judging from the number of breakfast outlets per square kilometer, there are 24 in Dongcheng District, 19.4 in Xicheng District and 8.1 in Chaoyang District. Among the six districts in the city, the number of Dongcheng District is 6.3 times that of Fengtai District. From the perspective of population distribution density and regional functional planning, there are shortcomings in the layout of breakfast outlets in "Huitian" area, international trade, financial street, Shangdi, Yizhuang and other business districts and science and technology parks.

Investigation of CPPCC members

Tourists and unlicensed operators account for more than half of the breakfast market in Beijing.

"The breakfast market in Beijing is very large and the social demand is high, but someone needs to do it seriously." Hong Mingji, member of Beijing CPPCC and chief executive officer of Hexing Group Holdings Limited, said. According to his investigation, there are about 40,000 enterprises and individuals engaged in breakfast in the city, of which less than 5,000 are legally licensed and employ more than 20,000 people. Coupled with the early supply of school canteens, government agencies, hotels and business morning tea, the city’s daily breakfast supply is about 2 million people (excluding unlicensed tour operators), with a turnover of millions of yuan.

According to Hong BenQ’s survey, at present, the three modes of supply, namely, group stalls (tourists), breakfast shops and breakfast demonstration enterprises, account for the vast majority of the breakfast market in Beijing, with 58%, 18.5% and 14.5% of the service people respectively, and the market share of sales is 56%, 25.5% and 15.5% respectively. In other words, tourists, unlicensed operators and individuals who outsource breakfast account for more than 50% of the breakfast market.

Another current situation is that many formal enterprises that run breakfast are not optimistic and have no profit at all. This is because there are not many regular catering enterprises in the city, especially in crowded places, and tourists set up stalls wherever there are many people. Although it is convenient and cheap, the food hygiene problem is worrying.

At the "two sessions" in Beijing in 2018, Hong Mingji put forward the proposal of "cooperating with Beijing to ease the convenience of adding convenience parking spots for breakfast". "The government should give priority to the operation of chain catering enterprises that have the ability to distribute goods in a unified way, set up temporary breakfast car sales points in places with large crowds, and operate them at regular intervals, and also emphasize that breakfast cars’ cannot be outsourced or subletted’". Hong Mingji said.

Hong Mingji’s proposal has attracted the attention of relevant departments. Recently, Beijing’s newly launched commercial convenience service facility "mobile dining car" project began to be piloted in Beijing Financial Street. The pilot "mobile dining car" is a new energy vehicle, with a cost of nearly 700,000 yuan, solar refrigeration, an interior area of 6 square meters, self-contained water and electricity, sewage and garbage disposal facilities, and can be made on site.

The Beijing News reporter saw at the scene that the dining car is open from 7: 00 to 9: 30 in the morning. In addition to traditional breakfasts such as buns, soy milk and pancakes, there are also set meals. A cup of soybean milk, 4 yuan, and a meat steamed stuffed bun, 3 yuan, will be enough to eat around 10 yuan.

Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce: Formulating the "Rules of the Game" of Breakfast Car Version 2.0.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Beijing is exploring ways to support brands and chain catering enterprises, set up standardized and safe mobile catering sales vehicles in communities and other places where convenient breakfast outlets are not perfect, and sell breakfast uniformly distributed by the central kitchen at a specified time and in a specified area. The person in charge admitted that the breakfast car 1.0 launched earlier in Beijing was indeed a "failure" because there was "no exit mechanism". At present, the breakfast car 2.0 to be promoted should first formulate technical specifications, "first formulate the rules of the game."

The above-mentioned person in charge did not disclose more details, but the Beijing News reporter learned from some chain catering enterprises that "new energy vehicles, water supply and drainage, and on-site production" are the basic requirements of the 2.0 version of the breakfast car.

Fu Jun, director of public affairs department of Beijing Yoshinoya, said that Yoshinoya has undertaken the operation of some new breakfast cars in Beijing. "The design of the mobile dining car is not limited to selling breakfast, but it can be operated all day," Fu Jun said. According to the idea, the dining car sells breakfast for two hours in crowded places during the morning rush hour, and at noon, it is evacuated to residential office buildings, tourist attractions or crowded places with imperfect supporting facilities to sell packages; At night, you can drive to the neighborhood to sell clean vegetables or simple meals. The service personnel in the car can recruit "4050" personnel nearby to do hourly work to solve the employment problem of some community residents.

However, some business leaders said that the cost of a breakfast car is hundreds of thousands of yuan, which is too high. Selling breakfast does not make money.

Liu Jingjing, Chairman of Jiahe Yipin, bluntly said that the price of breakfast should not be set too high, otherwise consumers would not accept it, so the profit is very thin, and it is difficult to make a profit by operating breakfast alone. Therefore, the breakfast car does not have to be made on the spot, and it can be delivered by the store. In the East Street Store in Zhanqian, Shunyi District, Jiahe Yipin, the reporter saw the breakfast car designed by the company itself, which will be moved to the subway station several hundred meters away for sale during the breakfast time. This breakfast car is a tricycle with a small counter, which provides packages for 6 yuan, 8 yuan and 10 yuan, and is delivered by the store. However, Liu Jingjing also said that this kind of breakfast car has not been approved by the government, so most of the cars can only be piled up in the warehouse.

background

Past lives of Beijing "Breakfast Car"

According to media reports, in September 2002, Beijing started the breakfast project, proposing to set up breakfast kiosks and breakfast carts in communities and streets where citizens gather, and designated catering enterprises will distribute breakfast uniformly, thus solving the problems of difficulty and unsanitary breakfast for Beijingers. In the end, five companies, Shougang Catering, Malan Lamian Noodles, Qianxihe Catering, Jackie Chan Huatian and Jin Sanyuan, won the bid and became breakfast distribution units. Beijing has set up more than 800 regular breakfast car (kiosk) outlets throughout the city.

A person in charge of a catering enterprise who asked not to be named said that the breakfast car of the winning enterprise was still based on "subcontracting operation", and finally it became a "couple’s shop". After that, the breakfast car continued to explode problems such as encroachment on public space, inadequate management and hidden dangers in food safety.

In 2009, Beijing launched a new round of bidding for breakfast demonstration project. In some media reports, the "elimination theory" of breakfast trucks appeared for the first time. Subsequently, the former Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce came forward to refute the rumor, saying that in the future, it would adopt a variety of breakfast shop business models, and for some areas that did not meet the conditions for building stores and did not meet the urban development plan, it would continue to set up breakfast kiosks and breakfast carts.

In July, 2012, with the smooth development of the breakfast demonstration work, problems such as the difficulty in ensuring hygiene once again pushed the breakfast cart to the forefront. Both the common "eggshell" breakfast kiosk next to the subway station and the roadside breakfast cart for processing and making egg cakes were listed as "discouraged" breakfast formats.

Various districts have also started to clean up the informal breakfast trucks one after another, and stopped the approval of new roadside breakfast trucks and kiosks. According to media reports, from mid-July, 2015, Dongcheng District tried to remove 14 breakfast car outlets in Qianmen area and replace breakfast cars with surrounding fast food stores. Before the end of June 2016, 93 breakfast trucks in Dongcheng District were withdrawn and breakfast shops were used to provide breakfast for the public. As of August 2016, a total of 263 breakfast trucks have withdrawn from Dongcheng District and Xicheng District. According to media reports, since the second half of that year, the "retreat into the store" of breakfast cars has gradually expanded to the four districts of Chaohai Fengshi, and finally all breakfast cars in the city will be removed.

reporters’ notes

Some breakfast trucks in camp have changed hands many times, and the property rights are unknown.

The reporter saw the Golden Sanyuan Breakfast Car in Wangjing area, and its affiliated company was one of the five companies that initially won the bid for the Beijing Breakfast Project. It is understood that when Jin Sanyuan was brilliant, there were more than 350 breakfast trucks with a daily turnover of more than 100,000 yuan, but later it fell into a loss and was acquired by a company called Jiamingjia.

However, at present, there are still three gold breakfast carts in operation on the streets of Beijing. When asked about property rights, most of the operators are ignorant and have already changed hands. The reporter called the recruitment hotline and supervision telephone number on the "Jin Sanyuan" convenience store and found that both telephones were empty. Searching for "Beijing Jinsanyuan Sunshine Catering Co., Ltd." through Beijing Enterprise Credit Information Network, a total of 10 related information were found, all of which were breakfast kiosks of the company, located in Sanlitun, Nanmofang, Tuanjiehu, Jiuxianqiao, Asian Games Village, Heping Street, Anzhen and other places, of which five "Jinsanyuan" showed that their business licenses were revoked and the other five showed "opening".

As for why it was closed, the reporter found Mr. Li, the person in charge of Sanlitun Breakfast Pavilion. He told reporters that at the beginning of last year, he was informed that the breakfast kiosk occupied the road and did not meet the requirements, so he could not do it any more. The person in charge of another "Golden Sanyuan" in Sanlitun and the person in charge of Tuanjiehu Store also said that they closed the store for the same reason.

Judging from the operation time of these stores, they basically opened their stores from 2003 to 2004, and the latest one was established in 2010. Mr. Li introduced that at the beginning, he spent 30,000 yuan to "buy out" the breakfast car for business. At the beginning, the food of the breakfast car was uniformly distributed by Jin Sanyuan Sunshine Catering Co., Ltd., and he did not make breakfast himself. "Later, it seemed that Jin Sanyuan was yellow, and the distribution was broken." Mr. Li’s statement was recognized by several other operators.

Courier is under increasing pressure. Can intelligent courier cabinet solve the problem of courier industry?

The emergence of intelligent express cabinets can provide users with 24-hour self-service pick-up service, which seems to effectively solve the "last mile" problem. In just a few years, the smart express cabinet industry is competing with each other and capital is swarming. Relevant experts remind: to solve the problem of unclear business model.

"I didn’t expect that the things I bought in Taobao could actually be picked up by the rookie in Paris!" Li Qian, a French student studying in Chongqing, told reporters on October 17th that you can get it by entering the pick-up code, and the location is not far from your residence, so you can get it on the way back to your dormitory after class. Many foreign students said yes.

In September this year, the first batch of express cabinets set up by rookie in Paris, the French capital, was officially opened, with a total of 60 groups, which were mainly set up in the local core business district and scenic spots. Foreigners realized the freedom to pick up their pieces by relying on the express cabinets in China.

In recent years, the emergence of intelligent express cabinets has solved the pain points of mismatched delivery time, low efficiency, high cost and "contactless" security at the end of express delivery. As a new solution for the "last 100 meters", it has become a new outlet in the industry.

Recently, the State Post Bureau issued a circular on the economic operation of the industry in the first half of 2021. The data shows that the business volume and revenue of express delivery reached 49.39 billion pieces and 484.21 billion yuan, up by 45.8% and 26.6% respectively year-on-year, and the growth rate was more than twice that of the same period of last year. In 2020, the business volume of express delivery service in China will increase to 83 billion pieces with a growth rate of 30.7%, up by 5.4 percentage points over the previous year.

  Express cabinets rise quietly.

With the approach of "Double Eleven" and "Double Twelve", China’s e-commerce sales will once again set a new world record. As a supporting service for e-commerce, the express delivery industry in China enjoys the bonus brought by the prosperity and development of online shopping, and at the same time, a large number of deliveries impact the terminals of major express delivery companies.

In recent years, the express cabinet, a one-foot square box, has gathered the forces of users, property, couriers, express companies and express cabinet companies. In the "last mile" battlefield, it is crowded and unbalanced, and major industry giants have come to seize the market.

From the whole service chain of express delivery, the terminal is a particularly important link, and it is also the link with the strongest user experience, so there is also a lot of room for innovation and improvement. In the current market structure, there are dozens of smart express box enterprises in China, including express delivery, e-commerce, property management and third-party service providers. Behind the accelerated layout, the Eight Immortals crossed the sea and showed their magical powers.

According to the survey of the ways in which netizens interviewed by the State Post Bureau receive express delivery recently, express delivery stations, smart express cabinets and downstairs collection points have become the choices of most interviewed netizens, accounting for 26.3%, 21.2% and 20.5% respectively. In addition, some netizens interviewed like to wait for someone at home before arranging courier delivery. Only 13.7% of the netizens interviewed chose to place the courier at their doorstep.

The reporter combed and found that the intelligent express cabinet has been launched for many years and still faces the problem of loss. The data shows that the net profit of HIVE BOX in 2019 and 2020 is-781 million yuan and-245 million yuan respectively, and the net profit of China Post Express is-517 million yuan and-159 million yuan respectively. The two major express cabinet brands with the highest market share are facing the problem of long-term losses.

In fact, since the outbreak, the problem of "the last 100 meters" of express delivery has also been highlighted. During the closed management of the community, the express cabinets in the community can only be idle. With the lifting of the ban on couriers in the community, contactless delivery still becomes people’s habit, and the frequency of use of express cabinets has further increased. However, after the express counter started to charge overtime, it affected the willingness of price-sensitive residents to use it to some extent.

Or become the outlet for capital to March.

On January 7, 2021, Henan Yida Warehouse Information Technology Co., Ltd. completed a strategic investment of nearly 35 million yuan. The investors were JD.COM Group, Suning Group and Pinduoduo. Yida Warehouse Company was established on December 16th, 2020. Less than one month after its establishment, it was jointly invested by three giant home appliance companies.

The three major e-commerce giants and three fierce competitors in the industry have targeted the smart express cabinets at the same time, causing huge waves in the industry. Express cabinet manufacturers have ushered in a "good start" in 2021.

In fact, the express cabinet has many profit points and strong operability. According to industry experts, there is still a big gap in the number of express cabinets in China. Coupled with the development of the international market, the express cabinet industry is a blue ocean of 100 billion yuan, which is a new outlet for entrepreneurs and investors. The development potential of intelligent express cabinets is huge.

Buhua, the regional director of Rookie Europe, told the reporter that due to the COVID-19 epidemic, overseas consumption has shifted more to online, and the contactless pick-up mode provided by the self-counter has been greatly welcomed in overseas markets. It is estimated that by the end of the year, the rookie will set up 650 sets of self-reporting cabinets throughout France.

According to Tianyancha data, as of October 17 this year, there are more than 800 express cabinet related enterprises in China. Among them, more than 280 enterprises will be added in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 54%.

According to a report previously released by the State Post Bureau, in 2020, the number of intelligent express cabinets nationwide will reach 750,000, with a market size of nearly 30 billion yuan.

In just a few years, the smart express cabinet industry has been competing with each other and capital has swarmed, forming a pattern of three major systems, namely, express delivery system, e-commerce system and third party, competing on the same stage. During this period, HIVE BOX is also accelerating its external financing and expansion. Following the shareholder’s capital increase of 500 million yuan in June 2016, the company completed two rounds of financing totaling 5 billion yuan in 2017 and 2018 respectively, and in September 2017, it acquired CIMC E-stack for 810 million yuan, becoming the first in the industry terminal layout.

At present, many foreign companies are studying how to turn cars into mobile express cabinets. Just last week, Skoda, a sub-brand of Volkswagen Group, announced that its Skoda Digilab mobile joint venture company has started testing the on-board parcel delivery system with two online retailers in the Czech Republic.

JD.COM also launched a similar product earlier, named "Express Delivery to Car". The principle is similar. After the owner buys the order online, the purchased goods are sent directly to the trunk of the vehicle, and the courier receives the positioning of the vehicle through GPS signals. Authorized courier, after application, can open the trunk of the car without the presence of the owner, so as to realize proper delivery of goods.

Solve the problem of unclear business model

"As a terminal delivery facility, the express box has certain public service attributes, and its quasi-publicity is feasible." Mo Yuanming, a researcher at Chongqing Jingyu Provincial Institute of Situation and Development Planning, said that top-level design should be accelerated, specific guidelines should be formulated, and "fine accounts" should be calculated well, which can not only achieve universal low prices, but also ensure the enthusiasm of market players for development.

The cost of express cabinet mainly involves hardware, maintenance personnel and site expenses. The cost of a set of cabinets (hardware) ranges from 18,000 yuan to 60,000 yuan. The increase or decrease of operation and maintenance personnel is also positively related to the number and coverage of express cabinets, that is, the more express cabinets, the more people are needed, so the cost is relatively stable. The cost of the venue is generally directly related to the express delivery volume, location, demand and whether it is exclusive.

"The end of the courier service must be changed." Zhou Yang, senior director of the strategic planning department of Yuantong Company, told reporters that if all of them are delivered to the school, 150 express items per courier per day are already "ceilings", but the number of Yuantong express items increased by more than 40% last year. During the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the absolute volume of the entire express delivery industry will be even larger, and the problems caused by limited personnel will become more prominent.

Chen Shunfeng, president of ZTO Express Tuxi, said that in the future, Tuxi will be turned into a terminal network brand that meets the diversified needs of users such as express delivery, commerce and comprehensive services. Taking logistics as the cut-in, business flow as the income, and the diversified comprehensive services of the whole community scene as the stickiness, rabbit happiness has become an indispensable part of the delivery link.

"The current business model of the express cabinet is still unclear." Wang Yong, a logistics expert and visiting professor at the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology, told the reporter that at present, the main income of express cabinets depends on charging couriers as little as 30 cents, and most of them are storage fees in 1 yuan, so the income source is relatively single. Although HIVE BOX and Cainiao Post Station have developed other businesses such as advertising and retail, they have achieved little.

Xu Yubin, CEO of HIVE BOX, once explained the business logic of building a courier cabinet in HIVE BOX: on the one hand, it is to make money from courier companies, "to reduce the requirements for labor skills with unified service standards, so that courier companies and users can feel stable terminal courier services." On the other hand, it makes money from the client. "HIVE BOX digs deeply into user behavior data. In the future, we will drive this chain through technology."

Peng Yuyan: The deep-seated self-discipline is to adhere to these three little things every day

Author: Fei Xiaobai, the main creator of Intensive Reading. This article was first published on the Intensive Reading WeChat official account (ID: jingdu999), and the article has been reprinted with authorization.

  01

When I was sorting out my computer over the weekend, I happened to see a movie I downloaded in the early years, "Roll it! A Xin", because I liked the protagonist very much, so I couldn’t bear to delete it, so I clicked on it again.

The mother who was mopping the floor saw Peng Yuyan on the screen and suddenly said, This gymnast is really handsome!

What she didn’t know was that Peng Yuyan was not a professional gymnast. In order to make this movie, he trained hard for 8 months, practicing gymnastics for more than ten hours every day, and made himself a professional gymnast.

After the film was released, Olympic gymnastics champion Liu Xuan and Chen Yibing couldn’t help but praise him. He was also shortlisted for the Golden Horse Award for Best Actor because of this film.

However, Peng Yuyan’s achievements in his work are not explained by the word hard work, but stem from decades of self-discipline.

Many girls were fascinated by Peng Yuyan’s high value and six strong chocolate abs, but they did not know that their male god was once a fat boy with a strong appetite.

In primary school, Peng Yuyan was only 158cm tall, but weighed 70kg.

This trend of horizontal growth has been maintained until the third year of high school, and Peng Yuyan feels that he can no longer gain weight.

Therefore, he began to exercise hard every day and became crazy about basketball. Later, he stopped growing horizontally and began to grow vertically to a height of 182 centimeters.

Later, in order to receive a good script after work, no matter how busy he is, he has to take time out to exercise for several hours every day, and his appetite is strictly controlled.

He confessed that he is fat-prone, and in order to diet, he has not eaten enough for more than ten years, and has almost forgotten what sugar tastes like.

I used to wonder, is a person’s appearance doomed from the outset, or can it be changed through hard work?

Peng Yuyan’s example answered the question in my heart.

As long as you develop the self-discipline that goes deep into the bone marrow, your appearance will also change.

  02

Let’s take another example from a colleague.

Two months ago, I made a bet with a friend that if he could lose 10 kilograms of weight during a summer vacation, I would lose, and the bet was about 2,000 yuan.

During the period, since everyone was busy, they were too lazy to contact.

Yesterday, this kid came to me, I was really shocked, my whole person really lost a lot of weight, a big circle.

I pulled him up on the scale at home, and I was even more stunned. I actually lost 15 kilograms in two months.

  I said, "You take medicine."

He rolled his eyes at me. "Whether you take medicine or not, you will lose anyway."

WeChat transferred the account obediently and invited him to dinner at night. I was too curious about how he lost weight.

I thought he was joking, but the two of them still ordered four dishes, but he really ate very little, causing me, a person who can’t see waste, to eat until my stomach bursts.

Later, he revealed the secret to successful weight loss: self-discipline and perseverance.

Eat breakfast normally every day, eat less at noon, and hardly eat at night. A glass of milk or a little fruit will be gone, and no matter how delicious things are placed in front of you, you will control not to touch them.

Every day, I run ten laps around the school playground not far away. If it rains, I will climb the stairs. Once I climb, I will go back and forth ten times without interruption.

Remember that I once read a saying: How disciplined a person is, how beautiful life is.

Many people are confused, their salaries are not high, and their careers are not going well. In the final analysis, they are all defeated by self-discipline.

  03

George Bernard Shaw once said that self-control is the instinct of the strongest.

No matter in school, in the workplace, or in personal life, self-discipline is the most important factor for success.

Those who are not laissez-faire, do not sink, and have strong self-mastery must have an iron-like self-discipline.

The experience of extreme self-discipline is definitely painful at first, and it cannot achieve immediate results, but as long as self-discipline is integrated into the blood and becomes a habit, everyone will benefit for life.

However, many people are frustrated in the process of self-discipline, and one of the important reasons is that they ignore one thing: to form good habits and quit bad habits, the key is to focus on what you want to do, rather than on the bad habits you want to quit.

If you want to quit the habit of overeating, don’t always think about eating, but choose a good nutrition book, learn to eat regularly, and find things to do that you can’t remember.

  If you want to get into the habit of regular exercise, don’t keep thinking about "it’s too hard", but think more about the benefits that regular exercise brings to you;

If you want to be debt-free, don’t dwell on the things you have to work hard to get out of debt until you pay it off. Instead, look forward to the ease and ease of being freed from overwhelming debt.

Be sure to focus on the things you want to do, not the things you hate. Expect the rewards you will receive, and you will rush towards the goal.

Secondly, the development of good habits must also recognize the importance of repetition.

Every action you take shapes your mind, and the more you do it, the more entrenched it becomes, says Meyer, author of Good Habits, Bad Habits.

Taiwanese writer Lin Qingxuan is already 60 years old, but he still requires himself to write 3,000 words a day, not for publication, but to practice writing. He says that writing is a work that moves forward at a constant pace, accumulating repeatedly in order to break through. He will not indulge himself.

Therefore, his writing has a long lifespan.

Therefore, deep-seated self-discipline is the repeated insistence on doing the right thing.

  04

The question is, what do you do every day to live the life you want?

① Pay attention to your thoughts, words and deeds

Thoughts and words are the starting point for forming all good habits and breaking all bad ones. We must learn to say what we really need, not what we feel.

If you’re indecisive, don’t say "I’m in pain making decisions," but "I’m decisive." If you want to lose weight, don’t say "I can’t control my mouth, I can’t stop once I eat it," over and over again. Insist on how you are now, and it will always be the same.

Someone once did a survey: an analysis of 2,500 men and women who suffered failure found that "indecision" ranked first among the 31 major factors of failure.

It can be seen how important it is for a person to develop the habit of making decisions.

Excellence is not the same as perfection. The vast majority of procrastinators are perfectionists because they are forced to achieve perfection, but they are afraid of not achieving it, so they repeatedly procrastinate.

The so-called excellence is to accomplish ordinary things in an extraordinary way.

So here are three ways to improve discipline.I don’t know how effective it is, but I think you can at least give it a try.

Don’t procrastinate. Start by reading this article, think carefully, and set a goal, preferably in the short and long term.

For example, I want to learn PPT this month and be the best in the company; I want to win 10 customers this month; our team wants to earn 200,000 this month; I want to get my teacher certificate and accounting certificate this year.

According to your actual situation and needs, set a goal, write it down and put it in a prominent position, and always remind yourself how far you are from your goal.

Make a daily work and life list

You read that right, making a list of work and life every day doesn’t take you long, but it works well.

No matter how good your memory is, it is always better to write down the content of your work every day, and then complete it according to importance and priority.

Including work and rest time, when you need to rest, and when you get up, especially getting up is the best indicator of how self-disciplined a person is.

In short, it is a principle that today’s work must be done well today, and it must not be delayed later.

  Turn off electronics

When working or studying, turn off electronic devices such as mobile phones and iPads. If you really need to keep your mobile phone open, then please turn off the Internet.

You will find that a lot of chatting is unnecessary, and a lot of news and information can be read after work and study.

In fact, if you can complete 90% of these points, you are already excellent. Self-discipline is not self-discipline because of self-discipline. It should become a habit and attitude of yours.

  05

There is no deeper self-discipline than insisting on doing these three little things every day, which is also the standard habit of every elite.

Many people do not take their habits too seriously, but when it comes to fate, they will subconsciously sit upright, look solemn, and think deeply.

There is nothing wrong with valuing destiny, but there is a simple and practical truth that words lead to action, actions become habits, habits determine character, and character determines destiny.

The choices that really make people better will not be too comfortable. Be hard on yourself, and your future self will thank your current self.
