　　In November, 2006, a patient found her after being cheated. Chen Xiaolan investigated near the hospital for more than 20 days, and collected evidence to report the illegal and irregular problems in the use of drugs and medical devices during the diagnosis and treatment of Xiehe to Shanghai Food and Drug Administration twice. On January 4th, 2007, Chen Xiaolan reported to the Price Bureau about the medical service of Xiehe and the price of traditional Chinese medicine.
