　　The reporter arrived at the scene of the video shooting and found that the treated water flowed from the underground pipe network to the front of the main gate, with a small gate on the front side and a water outlet on the east side behind the main gate. There are a row of pretreatment tanks on both sides of the gate, and the two pretreatment tanks are connected by pipes. Before the water reaches the gate, it flows into the pretreatment pool from the small gate, and flows into the Hutuo River from the water outlet on the other side of the gate after the pretreatment pool turns around.

　　Compared with the video released by Zhou, it can be found that the water flowing out of the underground pipe network in the video flows directly into the Hutuo River from the main gate without passing through the pretreatment pool.

The dumped waste liquid was discharged to the main discharge port of Hutuo River.

　　According to Liang Ma, the average daily sewage treatment capacity of the first and second sewage treatment plants in Jinzhou is 2200-2300 cubic meters and 40000 cubic meters respectively.

　　The pretreatment tank of Hutuo River sewage outlet, which was built in September 2015 with an investment of 4 million yuan, is used to further improve the water quality index of effluent from sewage treatment plant. Special high-efficiency physical and chemical flocculant is added in the pretreatment tank, which can further degrade the pollutants in the water body after contacting with water, reduce the suspended solids content in the water, and ensure that the water quality flowing into the Hutuo River reaches the standard.
