Wang Hui, Director of College Students Department of the Ministry of Education, introduced the construction and application of "National 24365 Employment Service Platform for College Students".
Wang Hui introduced that in order to promote the employment of college graduates, the Ministry of Education actively promoted the strategic action of digital education, and upgraded the original new employment network of the Ministry of Education and the 24365 smart employment platform to build the "National 24365 Employment Service Platform for College Students" (referred to as the 24365 Employment Platform). By building a 24-hour, 365-day "full-time, intelligent" platform, we will provide graduates and employers with better "internet plus employment" services, promote a better combination of effective market and government, further improve the market-oriented and socialized employment mechanism for college graduates, and promote graduates’ more full and higher-quality employment.
Wang Hui said that at present, the platform has gathered abundant employment resources. For the 2022 graduates, more than 3.8 million job information was collected. The platform is holding five job fairs, including "2022 Post Express Online Recruitment" and "24365 Campus Recruitment Service-Shaanxi Special Session". 91 live courses of "Employment Guidance in internet plus" have been launched, covering employment situation and policies, industry analysis, job hunting skills and so on. The platform also launched 118 series of employment guidance and training course resources, providing 44 career assessments, 125 career encyclopedias and 578 career cases.
