How long can I get a residence permit after applying?

If you fail to go through the endorsement formalities within the time limit or fail to provide relevant documents and certificates when you go through the endorsement, the use function of the Residence Permit will be suspended; If the use function of the Residence Permit is suspended for 6 months (inclusive), the use function will be restored.
If the use function of the Residence Permit is suspended for more than 6 months, the holder of the original Residence Permit shall re-apply for temporary registration and obtain the Residence Registration Card. Re-apply for the Residence Permit after meeting the application conditions of the Residence Permit. If the guardian or close relative handles it on his behalf, he shall hold the agent’s resident identity card or residence booklet or the identity certificate issued by the public security organ of origin, and provide medical birth certificate, residence booklet, marriage certificate and other certificates that can prove the existence of guardianship and kinship, as well as a written power of attorney (except for minors under the age of 16).
