  The "one thing" platform for judicial assistance is mainly based on Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the National Judicial Assistance System (Trial), Detailed Rules for the People’s Procuratorate to Carry out National Judicial Assistance, Opinions of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on Comprehensively Strengthening the National Judicial Assistance for Minors, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Implementation Opinions of the Office of the Leading Group for Poverty Alleviation and Development of the State Council on the National Judicial Assistance Work of Procuratorial Organs to Support Poverty Alleviation, Opinions on Strengthening Judicial Assistance Work for Retired Soldiers, and experience in handling cases, analyze the universal characteristics of assistance objects, set up assistance points in combination with the criminal case handling process, and set up eight analysis models according to different charges, which can be optimized or added according to local realities and various special assistance activities.
