Among them, there are heavy blizzards in southeastern Inner Mongolia, eastern and southern Heilongjiang, northwestern Jilin and other places, with local heavy blizzards (30 ~ 42 mm); There are freezing rains in central and eastern Heilongjiang and central and northern Jilin. The depth of newly added snow in some areas above is 10 ~ 25cm, and the local area can reach more than 30cm.

  It is estimated that from 20: 00 on November 6 to 20: 00 on November 7, there will be heavy blizzards in parts of eastern Heilongjiang and northeastern Jilin, including local blizzards (20 ~ 25mm) in northeastern Heilongjiang.
